Hi, I’m Maria – a former Software Engineer turned coach, with a passion for helping others unlock their full potential. After 7+ years of working with some of the world’s leading tech companies, including Amazon, Google, and Facebook, I’ve come to realize that growth, whether in technology or in life, is best achieved through intentional design and mindful improvement. The biggest challenges in life as well as technology are people, whether ourselves or others, but so are the most fulfilling solutions.

I hold a degree in Computer Science from Oxford University and have worked across diverse engineering roles, from startups to industry giants. My technical background has given me a unique perspective on problem-solving, systems thinking, and efficiency – all of which I now bring to my coaching practice.

Currently, I’m training for my ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification with Barefoot Coaching Academy, specializing in personal and executive coaching. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where clients feel supported and confident in navigating life’s complexities. I believe that, just like in coding, the key to meaningful progress isn’t fixing what's broken but continuously refining, optimizing, and evolving.
